Dear U.S. Government,

The District Assembly kindly asks the United States Government to stop hacking Eric William Giannini’s email at Fulbrightmail.org, to stop allowing unauthorized applications to access to his personal effects, to stop allowing third party contractors, security specialists, or ‘hackers’ from continuing to intercept his personal effects. I ask the U.S. Government to observe the Fourth Amendment.

The Fourth Amendment states: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Eric William Giannini’s laptop with his papers, personal effects are located in his house. The fact that the U.S. Government refuses to allow Eric William Giannini’s divorce to conclude to does not provide the U.S. Government with a legal loophole to circumvent the Fourth Amendment, anymore than it does to those who may be working on behalf of the divorcee in Eric William Giannini’s divorce. An interminable divorce does not authorize the U.S. Government to interminably violate Eric William Giannini’s Fourth Amendment right. Please observe the Fourth Amendment.
